League allowance uses a published 2026 team fee as a benchmark. Travel and practice amounts are reserves, with quotes pending. The additional $3,280 football team reserve is unallocated until travel, tournament entries, and other team costs are confirmed. Additional teams, overnight tournaments, or required specialty equipment would need an updated budget.

The fundraising deadline gives us time to pay confirmed league fees and place uniform orders ahead of the target spring season.

Raise support, recruit interested players, collect uniform quotes, and choose the first team's division.
- January 2027
Confirm league availability, roster needs, uniform sizes, and the final budget.
- February 15, 2027
Reach the main fundraising target by 11:59 PM Central Time.
- February–March 2027
Pay confirmed entry fees, order uniforms with the supplier's lead time, and prepare for competition.
- Spring 2027
Target season for competition. Actual games and travel dates will be announced after league entry is confirmed.
