Football program privacy

The football interest form helps YAHZ INK staff review player interest and contact families about team opportunities. A parent or guardian should submit for a player under 18.

Information we collect

The form asks for the player's name, age, grade, school, football interests, and a contact's name, email, and phone. Availability and additional comments are optional. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents, or payment card information through the application.

How we use it

Authorized YAHZ INK administrators use applications to organize player interest, follow up with families, and manage team selection. Applications and private staff notes are not published on the website. You can contact us to correct or request deletion of your application.

Donations

PayPal processes online gifts. YAHZ INK does not receive your card number. Donation records can include the amount, payment status, transaction reference, and contact information provided by the payment service. These records support acknowledgment, account reconciliation, and administration of the football team fund. Donor information is not published.

Services and sign-in

The website's hosting and email providers process information needed to store submissions and deliver messages. Google sign-in is used for approved administrators. Administrator session cookies maintain that private sign-in; public applicants do not need an account.
