Budget assumptions

Prepared September 13, 2026. The initial working goal is $10,000 for one 16-player team, with a deadline of February 15, 2027, at 11:59 PM Central Time. These figures are planning estimates and reserves. The owner can revise them as quotes and team details are confirmed.

Uniforms: an initial $1,920 allowance

The starting calculation is 16 players × $120 per uniform in YAHZ INK's royal blue and gold, using the owner's estimate of about $120 each.

The final supplier quote and included uniform pieces are pending. This estimate reflects the owner's updated pricing.

No supplier has been selected or paid. Confirm sizing, numbering, fabric, minimum quantities, shipping, applicable taxes, and delivery dates in the actual quote. The concept images illustrate the team idea; they are not a final manufacturer specification.

League entry: a $1,600 allowance

Westmont Yard lists 2026 regular fees of $1,600 for 12U through Varsity and $1,350 for 10U. The reserve uses that past season as a benchmark. YAHZ INK has not selected or joined a league. Confirm 2027 availability, eligibility, and fees. Westmont league information.

Other starting reserves

• Equipment and player essentials: $500.
• Practice space: $600.
• Travel and transportation: $1,500.
• Shipping, fees, and contingency: $600.
• Additional football team reserve: $3,280, unallocated for extra travel, tournament entries, and other team needs as costs are confirmed.

The uniform allowance is $1,920, the other original allowances total $4,800, and the additional team reserve is $3,280, bringing the working budget to $10,000.

These are allowances with quotes pending. Additional teams, overnight tournaments, required specialty headgear, player cleats, and insurance requirements must be priced for the selected program before committing funds. The travel reserve does not promise to cover a full overnight tournament schedule.

Why February?

The deadline leaves time for registration and uniform production before a target spring season. As one example, Full Gorilla advertises 21–28 days of production after approval and deposit, plus time for artwork and shipping. This is a supplier example, not a delivery commitment for YAHZ INK.
